Pioneer launches its new multiple format DVD writer the DVR-111. This new model supports 16x write speeds on both DVD-R/+R along with the capability to write at 6x speed on DVD-R/+R Double/Dual Layer media . This extends Pioneer's track record of establishing key performance benchmarks when introducing new DVD writers. With the facility to write 4.7GB of data to write-once media in approx. seven minutes, or store up to 8.5GB on Double Layer media, the DVR-111. enhances a wide range of DVD applications including the authoring, editing and storing of video files, developing digital music catalogues, building image libraries and backing up data.

RPC setting:
The DVR-111 includes Regional Playback Control(RPC Phase II Mode). Region changes can be made up to five(5) times including the initial setting. Be aware that the fifth(5th) change will be PERMANENT. Therefore, please use caution when changing the region code on the DVR-111 The method of changing the region code number may vary on the decoder or operating system used.
